9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by the applicable carrier.

RevLabs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, customs processing, government action, or other transportation delays.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except where otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by applicable law.

RevLabs generally does not accept product returns.

Qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, or carrier-confirmed lost shipments may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted immediately. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
